1. Data we collect

On the website: e-mail (whitelist), language, consents, a pseudonymised IP hash and user-agent. We do not store raw IP addresses. The markets platform has its own policy and KYC.

2. Purpose and legal basis

Sending the confirmation (double opt-in) and communications about the pre-sale and the ecosystem, based on your consent. You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link.

3. Sharing

We use infrastructure and e-mail providers (e.g. Railway, Resend) as processors under contract. We do not sell data.

4. Retention

We keep whitelist data until the end of the pre-sale or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, portability and information about sharing. Request them via the contact e-mail in the footer.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (language). Analytics tools, if enabled, will respect your consent choice.
